Full-time, conference-employed, Associate Pastor

Reports to the Senior Pastor and collaborates actively with the full pastoral team

 

Keene Church is seeking a team member responsible for youth (high school) ministry. This position is a full time conference hire. Candidates should be:

 

• Passionate for the ministry of Jesus and His Kingdom.

• Relationally gifted and naturally influential with teens, families, and volunteers.

• Spiritually mature and theologically grounded, with the ability to communicate biblical truth in compelling, youth-relevant ways.

• Energized to build and grow a vibrant high school ministry that reflects the love, grace, and mission of Jesus.

• Engaged as campus pastor in an academy setting, providing mentorship, spiritual care, and leadership for events and trips.

• Excited to be part of a collaborative pastoral team and serve across the life of the church.

• Experienced in youth ministry or chaplaincy with proven leadership and organizational skills.

• Relevant Bachelor’s (MDiv or equivalent preferred)
